In 2019 Kerry reintroduced ceramics into her artistic practice. She works to challenge the media and the conventional techniques used with clay. She explores hand building, wheel throwing, and slip casting, often warping, tearing, and adding textures after the original forming. She has also recently started adding metal elements into pieces inspired by her jewelry work and her copper paintings.

Kerry pieces are one-of-a-kind ceramics. It is important to her to have evidence of the making process visible to the viewer, creating a history or story within each piece. She makes, decorates, and fires all of her own work.
