Each wild food product is carefully inspected, cleaned, and properly packaged at their facility. Everything is done by hand to preserve its taste, colour, and texture. Their artisans then process and package the goods into fresh, frozen, dried and preserved products.
Small batches are their signature – that way they can harvest a huge range of products without challenging the ecosystem.
