At Tradition Praline, they follow a well-guarded family recipe to create the best pralines. Their ingredients are 100% natural, without any artificial flavours, sweeteners, or preservatives. Their pralines are gluten-free and vegan. They offer a variety of flavours such as maple & sriracha, balsamic raspberry vinegar or rose.

All of their pralines are hand-crafted by Bernard. Bernard acquired his passion for high cuisine and pralines from his grandmother. He later immersed himself in the world of bakery-patisserie at the age of 16, being trained by talented professionals which allowed him to develop a real passion for artisanal work and the creation of quality products.
